Why Does the Convercy Support Team Request Access to Your Shopify Store?

Modified on Mon, 9 Mar at 4:33 PM

When you install Convercy, Shopify will show a permission request pop-up in your app settings. These permissions allow the app to connect with your store so that features like language translation, localization, and multi-currency display can work properly on your storefront.

Convercy only asks for the permissions that are necessary for the app to run and integrate with Shopify. We do not request access to anything that is not required.

Your privacy and store data are very important to us. Convercy follows strict privacy and security standards, and any data we access from Shopify is used only to provide and improve the app’s features.
